We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances, and other factors may cause minor differences between images and the physical product.
3. Sizing and fit
Size charts and garment measurements are provided as guidance.
Bodies, preferences, stages of pregnancy, and desired fit vary. A size recommendation or measurement guide therefore cannot guarantee that a particular size will fit every customer in the same way.
Customers should review the available measurements before ordering.
Our Return and Refund Policy applies if an eligible customer wishes to return or exchange an item because of fit.
4. Labor, hospital, and medical use
Mora & Mae products are clothing products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition.
Nothing on our website constitutes medical advice.
Hospitals, birth centers, physicians, midwives, nurses, and other care providers may have their own requirements regarding clothing during labor, delivery, treatment, monitoring, or medical procedures.
If you plan to wear a Mora & Mae product in a healthcare setting, you are responsible for checking the requirements of your care provider or facility.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
We may change product prices or promotions at any time. A price change does not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed as part of the checkout process.
6. Orders and order acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Mora & Mae's aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Mora & Mae for that purchase.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including where applicable law provides otherwise for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, defective products, or mandatory consumer rights.

You are responsible for determining whether a garment is suitable for your particular circumstances, including use in a hospital or other healthcare environment.
18. Informal dispute resolution
If a dispute arises regarding an order or these Terms, we encourage you to contact support@moraandmae.shop first.
Before starting formal legal proceedings, you and Mora & Mae agree, where permitted by law, to make a reasonable good-faith effort for at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
This provision does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted.
19. Governing law
These Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory rights or protections provided by laws that apply to that consumer and that cannot legally be waived by contract.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Delaware.
20. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
21. No waiver
If Mora & Mae does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Changes apply prospectively from the date the revised Terms are published unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The Terms in effect at the time you place an order will generally govern that purchase.
23. Entire agreement
